Lab Technician
Location: Housatonic, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, 2nd and 3rd Shift Available
Salary: $22.50 per hour

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various technical tasks, contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills to document work and communicate effectively.
Ability to lift and move items as needed

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
