[Job Description: [.[ Under the supervision of the maintenance manager, is responsible to provide day-to-day equipment and facility support for manufacturing, and/or associated facility/utilities mechanical and electrical support. Assigned tasks including support and monitoring of equipment performance and maintenance, propose and develop equipment and facility improvements and troubleshoot process equipment to ensure reliable, compliant and efficient operations. Actively ensures compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, and Environmental regulations while achieving operating cost goals. Assist with performing preventive/ predictive maintenance, repair, and calibration of electronic equipment, such as control systems of numerically controlled machines, other controlling or recording equipment, spot weld machines, etc.;

Assist with install, maintaining, repair, or rebuild complicated machine tools and special purpose machines, high/low frequency test systems and plant equipment such as horizontal and vertical boring mills, automated machine tools, assembling machines, lathes, milling machines, radial drill presses, etc.;

Assist with disassembling problem equipment and determine extent of rep irs necessary with proper communication with Machine Shop and Maintenance Managers

Conduct operational test, and repair equipment by disassembling required components, repairing and/or replacing faulty parts, reassembling and adjusting equipment;

Assist with determining proper settings for timing and control mechanisms;
