Assembly Mechanic Level 3
As an Assembly Mechanic Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical systems and components. Your expertise in assembly techniques and attention to detail will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location schedule.
In this role, you will play a critical role in the assembly process, ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of mechanical systems. Your ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow assembly procedures will be essential in meeting production targets and maintaining product quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble and test complex mechanical systems and components
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow assembly procedures
• Ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of mechanical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow assembly procedures
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
WE VALUE
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Technical certification in mechanical assembly
• Experience with complex mechanical systems and components
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
