במסגרת התפקיד
טיפול בתיק לקוחות קיים, שימורו והצמחתו תוך הבטחת שביעות רצון הלקוחות
מתן מענה שוטף ללקוחות בנושאים שונים (תפעול, כספים, שירות)
יצירת מערכת יחסים אישית מול אנשי הקשר של הלקוח (שיוגדרו ע"י ממשק B2B)- כולל ביקורים בשטח
מתן עזרה ללקוח בתפעול או החלפת מכונות ותקלות, הזמנות קפה וחלפים
מעקב אחר צריכת הקפה של הלקוחות, הצפת בעיות עתידיות והתרעה לאנשי המכירות במידת הצורך
עבודה מול ממשקים בארגון ובפרט צוות מכירות הB2B
תחזוק ועדכון הידע הארגוני באופן שוטף
דרישות התפקיד
ניסיון קודם בניהול תיקי לקוחות
ניסיון / ידע בעולם הקפה העסקי או ניסיון / ידע במלונאות / מסעדות / בתי קפה
ניסיון במכירות ומשא ומתן של מוצרי פרימיום - חובה
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
תואר ראשון רלוונטי
יכולת עמידה בתנאי לחץ ותיעדוף משימות
נכונות לשעות עבודה מאומצות, זמינות חלקית בשעות הערב.
נכונות למשרת שכוללת גם שטח ונסיעות ברחבי הארץ
