Description Bongards' Creameries a local member owned coop is looking for a relief operator for Maintenance. The person in this role will get the opportunity to learn all jobs in the maintenance department. Our Perham plant is undergoing a significant expansion and that will bring numerous opportunities. The relief operator will fill in for vacations and work on special projects. The position will be day shift as much as possible, but will include some night shifts. Pay range for this position is $27.32 to $28.55 per hour depending on qualifications. -boiler license preferred, but not required Benefits Include: Medical Insurance -Dental Insurance -Vison & Life Insurance (STD & LTD) Paid Personal Time - 401k plan - Profit sharing Schedule: 10-12 hour shifts. Schedule will vary depending on need. Shifts will be day as often as possible, but will include night shifts.
