This position may be eligible for annual incentive pay and contracted increases as determined by the collective bargaining agreement, and you will have the opportunity for continued salary growth. Performs b-box and valve inspections and maintenance/exercising, fire hydrant flushing inspections, and leak detection. Reads, tests, and/or installs water meters, when needed, and performs customer service functions, when needed. _ Key Accountabilities_ * Performs J.U.L.I.E locates. Performs b-box and valve inspections and maintenance/exercising, fire hydrant flushing inspections, and leak detection. * Reads, tests, and/or installs water meters, when needed, and performs customer service functions, when needed. * Works with utility crews and customers, performing various water and sewer utility repairs, maintenance, installations, and a high level of customer service awareness to include working on main breaks, sanitary sewer backups, and jet flushing sewers. * Maintains and keeps equipment in proper and safe operating condition. * Performs required paperwork and investigations accurately, completely, detailed, and on time.
