THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Residential Program Trainee, you will provide valuable assistance to individuals in the mental health community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program who are engaged in the recovery process. This is a fulfilling opportunity to learn how to help those with behavioral health and co-occurring challenges to obtain the skills necessary to live independently and integrate into the community. You will receive training to learn the skills necessary to participate in the development and implementation of individual service plans, counseling clients to effectively process daily stressors, educational and vocational responsibilities, and personal values. You may also be required to provide transportation for clients as necessary.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Part-time employment

  • Work hours will vary, as this is a residential facility which operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

  • Travel may be required.

  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
