Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (INFORMATION MANAGEMENT) in the HRO HI WORKFORCE SUPPORT PROGRAMS of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. SALARY GS-11: $75,640 - $98,330 GS-12: $90,662 - $117,856 Responsibilities You will identify, analyze and display quantitative and qualitative data for the myriad of HR associated advice and assistance issues needed by the staff and management You will serves as the POC for designing, developing, updating and maintaining the HRO SharePoint and Webpage. You will support the HRO Information Technology needs by coordinating with system access, life-cycle replacement, system updates, and network changes. You will research, develop, and prepare charts for metrics briefings to commands and responds to data calls You will analyze patterns, past practices, and technological changes to make recommendations to management in developing future strategies Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: editing and maintaining organizational programs (e.g. SharePoint, webpages, and automated systems) to gather, analyze and evaluate data for program efficiency. FOR GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing information and communication systems by developing and designing programs (e.g. SharePoint, webpages, and automated system.) to analyze, evaluate and extract data for program efficiency.
