Your job? collaborating with teammates to implement new features and improve our products. Troubleshoot issues affecting users worldwide and participate in defining new product requirements and designs together with the product team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and leadership guidance to software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

  • Drive productivity enhancements using cutting-edge technologies like genAI.

  • Develop high-performance, scalable applications with micro-services architecture and ensure observability

  • Demonstrate expertise in modern internet architectures and frameworks.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across diverse platforms

  • Exhibit a strong passion for learning and agility in adopting new practices.

  • Apply agile methodologies effectively, promoting iterative development and feedback loops.

About you:

  • Experience: Proven track record in leading software engineering teams, guiding projects from inception to successful implementation.

  • Soft and technical skills: Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with expertise in scalable architecture design and implementation. Familiarity with key technologies including GraphQL, Node.js, React.js, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, DynamoDb). Experience with genAI technologies such as AWS Q and Chat-GPT, leveraging AI for advanced functionalities. Open-minded about technology preferences and willing to explore new technologies and strategies

  • Education: Advanced degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.

  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
