What You Bring to the Table:

  • A robust academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, validating your expertise.
  • A proven track record with at least 8 years of experience leading significant projects in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a knack for resolving conflicts and managing diverse teams to drive performance.
  • Outstanding communication prowess, organizational acumen, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging the latest project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to achieve stellar results.

Desirable Extras:

  • Familiarity with government contracting environments and standards set by NAVSEA, NAVWAR, and similar entities.
  • An active security clearance, enabling immediate contribution to classified projects.
