EPS Corporation is seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry Level Machine Fabrication Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical components and systems.

EPS Corporation is seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry Level Machine Fabrication Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the mechanical fabrication industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical components and systems.
REQUIREMENTS
· Assist in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical parts and systems according to engineering drawings and schematics.
· Operating and maintaining Haas CNC lathe and milling machines.
· Can set machines up and use appropriate fixturing.
· Can make offset adjustments to reach tolerances needed.
· Can adjust feeds and speeds for desired finishes.
· Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
· Can understand GD&T
· Ability to use precision tools (such as calipers and micrometers)
· Knowledge of metal properties and how they cut.
· CAM experience is a bonus (Mastercam, and SolidCam)
· Sheet metal experience is a bonus.
· Operate basic hand tools and equipment used in mechanical fabrication.
· Follow detailed instructions to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics (training will be provided).
· Basic knowledge of hand tools and their usage.
· Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
