Adecco US, Inc. Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Adecco is assisting a local client in the Palm Beach Gardens area looking for an experience Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to work a temp assignment for 3-6 months. Pay is $25 per hour and shit schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday and OT as needed. You must be available to work ONSITE in the Palm Beach Gardens area.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist job.
Identify overdue accounts : Monitor accounts and identify outstanding debts
Contact customers : Contact customers by phone or email to discuss overdue payments
Negotiate payment plans : Work with customers to establish payment plans
Process payments : Process payments and refunds
Resolve issues : Resolve billing and credit issues
Maintain records : Keep records of all collection activities and customer payment records
Prepare reports : Prepare and present reports on collection activities
Follow up : Follow up with customers on overdue accounts
