Description
We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The role involves working in a high volume environment, managing accounts payable tasks, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process a high volume of invoices, ensuring they are properly approved and coded.
• Manage the accounts payable email box, responding to queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the integrations team to ensure a seamless transition of acquired hospitals.
• Carry out statement reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain strong vendor relations by resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Show proficiency in using Excel for various tasks and data management.
• Learn and adapt to the use of Sage Intact and Coupa, with training provided as necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including vaccination requirements.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and management
• Ability to accurately and efficiently enter invoices
• Experience with coding invoices to ensure proper categorization
• Demonstrated skills in conducting statement reconciliations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in using financial software and office productivity tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
