Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will be responsible for loading and unloading products onto conveyor belts and moving them across receiving, production, and shipping areas. This role primarily involves handling strawberries, preparing them for processing, and ensuring they are moved efficiently and safely.

This is a fully on-site position in Oxnard, California.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily outdoors at a processing plant, handling strawberries. The area can get cold, so appropriate attire is necessary. Teamwork is essential in our culture, focusing on keeping each other safe. The team consists of 150 members. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, a sweater, and non-slip shoes. Jewelry is not permitted. Working hours are in the 2nd shift starting at 4:30pm, with the team moving to 10-12 hour shifts daily, 6 days a week in two weeks.
