As a Human Resources Generalist, your key responsibilities will be to perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with HR and Operations management. This role will partner with Operations Leadership to hire, retain, and develop a labor force to meet the needs of the business. Focus on creating an environment which engages and retains employees. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer; demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information, both in written and oral form, clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience is essential.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of related HR experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving andan acceptable driving record.
