We are seeking a dynamic HSSE Manager to join our Asia Pacific Operating Group and help shape a safer, more sustainable future.
In this leadership role, you will be a strategic partner, working closely with our regional leaders to champion health, safety, security, and environmental excellence across our operations.
Your data-driven insights and collaborative approach will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and inclusion.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement OG-wide HSSE solutions aligned with our strategic goals and governance frameworks
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Lead, mentor, and support our international HSSE network, optimizing resource allocation and utilization
Proactively anticipate global developments and ensure clear, effective communication with key stakeholders
Contribute to the evolution of our HSSE strategy, incorporating innovative tactics to achieve operational excellence
What You Bring:
2-5 years of relevant HSSE experience, preferably at a national or regional level
Strong ability to design and implement HSSE management systems and structures
Expertise in crisis management and emergency response planning
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and data analysis tools
Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 9001 standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style
Bachelor's degree in engineering, health, management, science, or a related field
Relevant HSSE certification (e.g., ISO, OSHA, NEBOSH, CSP, or equivalent)
