We are seeking a dynamic HSSE Manager to join our Asia Pacific Operating Group and help shape a safer, more sustainable future.

In this leadership role, you will be a strategic partner, working closely with our regional leaders to champion health, safety, security, and environmental excellence across our operations.

Your data-driven insights and collaborative approach will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and inclusion.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement OG-wide HSSE solutions aligned with our strategic goals and governance frameworks

  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement

  • Lead, mentor, and support our international HSSE network, optimizing resource allocation and utilization

  • Proactively anticipate global developments and ensure clear, effective communication with key stakeholders

  • Contribute to the evolution of our HSSE strategy, incorporating innovative tactics to achieve operational excellence

What You Bring:

  • 2-5 years of relevant HSSE experience, preferably at a national or regional level

  • Strong ability to design and implement HSSE management systems and structures

  • Expertise in crisis management and emergency response planning

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and data analysis tools

  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 9001 standards

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, health, management, science, or a related field

  • Relevant HSSE certification (e.g., ISO, OSHA, NEBOSH, CSP, or equivalent)
