・お客様の課題を解決するためにプロジェクトに参画し、その解決を図る。

・お客様のビジネスを理解した上でオラクル製品の特性および特徴を説明し、システムを具現化する。

・プロジェクトで発生する課題に対しソリューションを提示し、解決まで導く

・必要に応じてお客様のタスクの支援を行う

・顧客のマネジメントを巻込み効果的にコンサルテーションを実施する

・プロジェクト計画に従い、必要なタスクの完遂を行う

・必要に応じてチームのリーダーの役割を担い、チームメンバーをリードして、プロジェクトを完遂する。

・メンバーの指導、育成を行う。

・お客様のビジネスおよびITの潜在的な課題を引き出し、整理すること

・お客様の課題を正確に認識し、適切なソリューションを提示し、それを解決に導くこと

・場合によっては、お客様に対し、業務改善や組織再検討の意見を真摯に提案できること

・困難な事があっても、最後までプロジェクトを完遂すること

・リーダーとしてリーダーシップを発揮し、期待されるパフォーマンスを実現すること

Must / 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など

・IT業界でのコンサルタントまたはプリセールスの経験をお持ちの方

Want（Nice to have）/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など

・EBSまたはOracle ERP Cloudの導入経験または知識（会計、SCM、購買領域）

・プロジェクトにおけるリーダー経験

勤務地

東京、大阪、名古屋（ただしリモートも多いので特段の制約なし）
