The J.M. Smucker Company Analyst, Compensation in Orrville, Ohio

Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Compensation You will support the administration of compensation programs and practices in alignment with The J.M. Smucker Total Rewards Strategy. You will provide analytical support for a variety of compensation policies and programs. You will lead the compensation survey management process. Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron) Work Arrangements: Hybrid 30% in office presence In this role you will: Conduct compensation job evaluations Create offers for new hires and internal employee movement Manage salary structures, including geographic differential review process Complete and manage compensation survey submissions Maintain survey data and Smucker data in our third-party survey management tool Support analysis of job data to ensure market competitiveness Assist in executing the annual compensation processes. Serve as a key contributor to Workday testing to support these compensation processes Provide compensation data and reports as needed Handle a variety of compensation-related tasks in Workday Respond to audit inquiries and provide SOX documentation as needed Maintain all Workday compensation training and reference materials The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
