Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Orchard Park, New York. In this role, you are expected to handle account reconciliation, manage the accounts payable process, and ensure accurate data entry across multiple systems within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable
• Ensure accuracy in coding invoices for the correct account
• Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payments
• Utilize software tools like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise for various tasks
• Handle account reconciliation tasks to confirm the accuracy of transactions
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Keep track of all accounts payable records
• Respond to and resolve any accounts payable related inquiries. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.
• Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.
• Ability to conduct Check Runs effectively.
• Experience in Coding Invoices is required.
• Must have strong Data Entry skills.
• Competence in Invoice Processing is vital.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP software is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise is essential.
