Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new employee orientations.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards.

• Conduct background checks and drug screens to ensure the safety and integrity of the workplace.

• Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Utilize MS Office to organize, maintain, and update employee records and documentation.

• Assist in the planning and execution of company events.

• Handle benefit functions, ensuring all employees are informed of their entitlements and any changes to these benefits.

• Maintain open lines of communication with all departments to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity.

• Continually update knowledge and skills in the HR field to ensure the company's practices remain current and effective. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in conducting new-employee orientations

• Demonstrated skills in employee relations

• Ability to develop job descriptions

• Experience in event planning

• Prior experience in managing background checks and drug screens

• Knowledge of compliance requirements within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Experience in managing benefit functions

• Proven expertise in the onboarding process.
