Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential for a permanent role. This position requires being onsite in downtown Omaha every Monday and Tuesday. Responsibilities include handling gross-to-net payroll processes, providing guidance and support to employees and HR partners, processing payroll transactions for US and Canadian employees, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data. The role also involves auditing HR transactions, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing process improvements.

Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite in downtown Omaha, working Monday and Tuesday with work hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is part of a supportive team environment with about 15 team members. There is potential for the role to transition to a full-time position which includes customer service responsibilities and the option for remote work on Thursdays and Fridays. Free parking is provided.
