Family Health Centers Centralized Patient Navigator 2024 in Okanogan, Washington
If you are an energetic team player with the desire to make a difference, we are looking for YOU! The Centralized Navigator position will provide administrative support to nursing and Provider staff; makes internal & external appointments & arranges other services for the patient. Provide occasional interpreting services for patient visits and/or occasional back-up to Patient Registration. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. HS Diploma or GED. Prior medical office experience is strongly preferred.
