Teradyne Proactive Senior Payroll Specialist in Odense, Denmark
We are looking for a proactive, curious, collaborative, and self-driven senior payroll specialist, who thrives in working with optimizing, payroll administration and who wants to strengthen the payroll area.

The open position as senior payroll specialist is in our finance department, and you will primarily assist our amazing payroll team with all payroll administration of our employees in and outside Denmark. It is a task with several synergies, which, with the right mindset, can be optimized, and taken to new heights. This will free up time to participate in other tasks within our finance department.
You will be part of an open and informal office environment, where no days are alike, and there is room for both different personalities and humor.
Responsibilities
Your job will, in the beginning, primarily revolve around payroll administration, and optimization of same.
This includes:
Partnering with the current payroll team to understand the current systems
Ensuring that payroll processes comply with applicable laws and regulations
Identification and resolution of problems within payroll processes
Be one of our primary contacts between Teradyne Robotics and our service provider, the employees, and HR for handling payroll for our colleagues
Create overview of current and coming tasks, understand these, and put them in system, and through this, optimizing the process
Compliance work related to payroll
You will have the opportunity to develop in your role. This also include management of the payroll team.

It’s important that you possess an understanding of handling payroll and know the basic rules on payroll related tasks. Moreover, we are looking for:
An education as payroll specialist, payroll manager, auditor (focused on payroll) or similar.
3-5 years of relevant experience from payroll related work
Experience with payroll related laws and compliance are preferable.
An appreciation of chasing synergies, and through these optimizing current processes
High IT skills in Excel, and preferably experience with Visma payroll and AX2012
High English skills, writing and speech, due to need for frequent contact to international colleagues
Self-driven, ability to take action and get things done
Ability to work in a sometimes-changing environment, and still keeping focus on high quality
