JOB REQUIREMENTS: Morning/Part-Time Teller: Oconomowoc Branch ID 2024-5458 Location : City Oconomowoc, WI 53066 Category Teller FTE .50 Schedule Flexible Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 1:30pm + 9 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am - 1:30pm Salary Grade 5 Min USD \$17.50/Hr. Overview UW Credit Union is growing and hiring a Part-Time Teller to serve our members at our soon to open Oconomowoc Branch. We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week in the morning (Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 1:30pm and 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm). As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union\'s members. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Oconomowoc branch location Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently Adhere to UW Credit Union\'s Cash Management policies and procedures Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations Qualifications What You\'ll Need to Succeed Ability to work 20 hours a week; availability between the hours of 8:00am - 1:30 pm Monday through Friday and 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Demonstrates ability to work...
