Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and order tracking.
Resolve customer issues or complaints by determining the best course of action to ensure satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Generate reports on customer feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to address customer needs.
Contribute to team success by sharing feedback and solutions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or an associate degree is a plus.
Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience in an office, call center, or retail environment.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce preferred).
