Job Description
Responsible for north American customer master data & governance function to closely align with Bosch global governance principles & guidelines.
Ensure customer data maintenance by support teams for accuracy, completeness & consistency.
Regularly audit & cleanse data to resolve discrepancy & standardize data fields across systems.
Collaborate with departments (e.g. sales, customer service finance, IT) to understand master data requirements & align customer data with business processes.
Generate reports & perform data analysis to provide insights on customer data quality& trends to support decision making.
Investigate & resolve data related issues working closely with IT & business users to address root cause.
Responsible for contract management. Reviewing contracts requirements for completeness, signatory compliance, accuracy, and feasibility. Also maintain contracts to appropriately track the status of agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams & business functions to ensure the contract accurately reflects the needs and expectations of internal / external clients.
Manage the setup, monitor & maintain rebate agreement within relevant systems, ensuring accurate terms, conditions & calculations.
Analyze customer incentive program data to identify trend, verify & reconcile rebate accruals as needed. Generate reports on channel partner incentive calculation & rebate performance to support financial & sales planning.
Engaging with business sponsors, operational teams, and specialists to execute incentive program payments including but not limited to rebates, 3rd party commission, co-op, invoice payments & credits.
Collaborate with sales team to clarify rebate terms & conditions. Analyzes all claims and reconcile according to contracting policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for improving process, implement enhancements & streamline processes to increase efficiency & quality.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policy, governance policies, industry regulations & maintain documentation for audit purpose.
Provide consultancy to drive system/process integration and optimizations with customers in North America.
Create & maintain documentation of processes, workflows & business rules for reference & training purpose.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems or similar qualification required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business/sales operations and/or customer data management roles
Experience with data analysis, finance, accounting & enterprise systems (e.g SAP,CRM)
Excellent MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, data visualization tools).
SAP experience strongly preferred. Strong SAP BW and reporting capabilities
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Business acumen with strong statistical & analytical skills
Strong process improvement facilitation, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Expertise in sales operations, system modules, system interactions & dependencies, process flows, system integration patterns.
Demonstrated experience in gathering data, structuring analysis, synthesizing results and presenting conclusions and recommendations.
