Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration repairs to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality, and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to determine the root cause of equipment malfunctions.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques.
Install, assemble, and align new equipment or machinery to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting
Electrical
PLC maintenance
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system repairs
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals
Use of hand and power tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance
Knowledge of wire conduit, pipe, concrete, plaster, sheet rock, and flux
Proficiency with mechanic hand tools, carpentry tools, measuring tools, masonry tools, lathes, table saws, band saws, and electrical meters
5+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in a multi-craft role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and work in various working conditions

Work Environment
The work environment is industrial and non-climate controlled in 30% of the shop. Part of the shop is a foundry, which can get hot. The shift is from 3pm to 11:30pm.

$68-$82k/year

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $82160.00/yr.
