responsibilities:

The Quality Control Technician (Contract) will perform inventory management, equipment maintenance, and other lab support activities within the GMP QC Bioassay Labs. The Quality Control Technician may perform projects as assigned.

  • Perform routine inventory check and place orders / reservations for laboratory supplies in SAP

  • Order and receive supplies

  • Perform laboratory and equipment cleaning

  • Assist QC Associates with testing preparation and setup

  • Compile documents for archiving in document control

  • Sample Disposal

  • Perform general laboratory support activities including equipment maintenance and housekeeping

  • Perform additional laboratory activities as requested

qualifications:

  • HS degree with minimum of 2 years lab support experience in a GMP environment

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long period of time

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under established guidelines and instructions

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Prior inventory management experience

  • Prior experience working in a laboratory setting, GMP preferred

skills: Quality control, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), Sanitation
