Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

• 3 years material handling experience

• 5 years manufacturing experience

• Ability to complete hazardous material handling training.

• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices (rulers, tape measures, etc.)

• Proficient understanding of process instructions.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, etc.) and metric conversions (i.e. scale conversions).

• Ability to use the FR system

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Proficient working knowledge of Oracle

• Run/produce computer generated reports.

• Possess specific knowledge in one or more of the following material handler functions: receiving, shipping, stock room, and expendable items.

• Ability to perform and adjust inventory transaction related to work orders, stock transactions, shipping/receiving documents, cycle counts, inventory transactions, scrap tickets, finished goods, etc

• Ability to process Special handling of parts with cure date and complete accurate scale counts.

• Access customer systems to identify shipment schedule, shipment bar codes, and perform ship confirmations.

• Print invoices for external customers.

• Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and other shipping systems and carriers. (tracking, shipping, supply inventory (i.e. – boxes, bags, packing material, etc.).

• Ability to analyze data to obtain root cause and correct action that ensure inventory accuracy

• Finish opening product, and conduct PO/contract review for compliance (Ex: check that all applicable documents are enclosed etc.)

• Execute/transact ERP transactions (WIP material transactions, receiving transactions, internal/external sales order transactions, Repair station entry transactions) remove, redundant

• Knowledge of all OEM/RMA process and procedures

• Coordinate with fulfillment leaders to ensure proper shipment processes, provide commits on finished goods products, identify potential roadblocks to on time delivery, and escalate issues as required.

• Process shipments in accordance with country export requirements, military/customer requirements, etc.

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, tank carts, etc. (requires forklift training & certification)

• Possess valid driver’s license in order to pick up and deliver items. Must pass online training prior to driving.

• Keep all shift operators informed of special problems involving operation or set up.

• Communicate with team to ensure all team members are aware of new processes and/or issues.

• Possess material handling and storage knowledge of hazardous chemicals.

• May perform work functions indoors and outdoors.

• Report problems to appropriate resource and/or Coach.

• Proactively work to improve efficiency and quality of products.

• Participate in and support team initiatives.

• Utilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety procedures per position requirements.

• Understand and abides by the GE Leadership behaviors.

• Other duties as be required.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft applications.

• Proficient with US Export regulations, both NLR &LRC shipments.

• Proficiency with packaging and routing requirements for U.S. military shipments

Physical Demands:

• Ability to continuously lift 1-10 lbs., frequently lift 11-22 lbs., and occasionally lift 23-50 lbs. (moved to required qualifications)

• Ability to stand and walk continuously, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and crouching

• Ability to continuously use hands and fingers in repetition.

The pay for this position is $25/hour. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close 4/30/25.
