PURPOSE/SUMMARY To provide support to the Human Resources Manager, as well as other Management. Performs a variety of duties to ensure that HR functions are being completed timely and efficiently. This position involves daily contact with employees and management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily and Weekly ADP updates and reports for time and attendance Attendance related items tracking (points, time off, etc.) Assist with Benefit Enrollment, benefit tracking and follow up Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly HR reporting requirements Assist with new hire preparation and onboarding Assist with exiting employee data entry and processing Assist with training, both classroom and electronic training Maintain and audit database information as needed (Benefits, Timekeeping, Training, etc.) Ability to meet deadlines and timelines Filing and record keeping Be actively involved in and promote an environment of continuous improvement, flexibility and teamwork. Assist with Safety Team Assist with Employee Activities Assist with Front Desk Coverage All Other Essential Duties as directed SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES (IF ANY) None MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2-years experience in high volume office environment CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Associates Degree or certification in business administration or human resources preferred ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to interact with all people in a sensitive, responsive manner. High level of listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ADP and Oracle experience is helpful.
