Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in North Olmsted, Ohio
Description
We are in search of a diligent Accounts Payable Specialist to join our manufacturing team located in NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting their expense report program and managing multi-tasking communications. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will need to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Administer the travel expense program, including managing expense reports.
• Communicate effectively with various teams and respond promptly to emails, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as SAP.
• Assist in check processing and data entry tasks, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Run payment postings using Microsoft Excel and upload the reports into SAP for month-end accruals.
• Leverage your skills in Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP) to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with various teams to support the Finance Transformation project.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the specified timeline, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Check Processing
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Ability to handle Discrepancy issues effectively
• Experience in Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
