Adecco is seeking an energetic and motivated On-Site Recruiter to join our team in Las Vegas, NV . In this role, you’ll play a key part in the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, acting as a trusted liaison between candidates and clients. You'll help drive success by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Source, Screen & Schedule: Identify, attract, and schedule top-quality candidates for open positions.
Candidate Support: Assist candidates with resume tips, interview preparation, and role-specific coaching to help them shine.
Seamless Onboarding: Manage the full candidate hiring and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with client and company requirements.
Strategic Talent Search: Conduct targeted searches using Adecco’s tools and online platforms, analyzing and refining results to meet client needs.
Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specialized client needs, maximize service levels, and foster strong relationships.
Daily Engagement: Collaborate with onsite associates and supervisors to ensure client success metrics are consistently met.
Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
Employee Support: Respond promptly to temporary employee inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with associates and clients, contributing to long-term partnerships.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
