Job Description
The Sr. Project Analyst, Supply Chain (Warehouse) primary function is to develop, execute, and manage assigned projects and programs in a compliant manner and within budget. The Senior Project Coordinator will own and drive multiple projects while working directly with key stakeholders and leaders. This role is accountable for managing/coordinating significant projects that have major compliance and budgetary impact to the business. This role has a significant impact by improvement and optimization programs with large scope to the organization and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Identify, offer and promote innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in assigned areas of responsibility
Creates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes
Influence others and act as a credible and respected role model (coach/mentor) and resource among peers for onboarding/training new employees
Responsible for managing and coordinating project and program budgets for key global projects and initiatives
Works with internal and external resource contacts to secure necessary resources to deliver on project plans, meetings and events
Provides direct support of the organization supporting the leadership team
Acquire, maintain and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting
Fulfill business process and system owner responsibilities as assigned
Manages stakeholder relationships and expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience. 4+ years of overall multi-function experience preferred
Two years of project management and leadership skills preferred
Strong leadership skills to effectively influence and manage within a matrix environment a plus
Problem solving skills essential for issue resolution and to develop recommendations
Must be able to interact with all levels of management in support of project advancement
Financial management for projects and operations requiring minimal supervision
Strong understanding of AbbVie’s organization and logistics model preferred

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Salary: $80,500 - $153,000
