Job Description
The Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst oversees Specified and the GAAP P&L across all Functions for Corporate Consolidation key cycles. Provides financial guidance in compliance with financial policies, provides business decision support and leads key projects and initiatives to improve financial processes. The Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst interacts with all levels of finance, including C-Suite and business management.
Responsibilities
Drives One Time Cost processes for VP, Strategic Initiatives.
Prepares GAAP Latest Best Estimate (LBE) for review with Senior Vice President (SVP), Corporate Controller
Prepares Executive Leadership Team (ELT) content for SVP, Corporate Controller and CFO.
Supports key projects and initiatives and drive process improvements.
Supports ad hoc analysis as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or MBA a plus.
Minimum 4+ years of progressive and related experience.
Requires high level of attention to details
Experience in FP&A Systems Tools implementation
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish, and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with all levels of management and including the ability to listen well and to influence others that do not report directly.
Proficient Excel skills.
Knowledge of SAP BPC, Workiva, and/or Power BI a plus.
Experience in Affiliate/Area Commercial level is a plus

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Salary: $80,500 - $153,000
