Job Description

The Finance Lead plays a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within Global Commercial Finance, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and financial insights. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will have a rotational experience between the Long-Range Plan (LRP)/Annual Plan team and the LBE (Latest Best Estimate)/Actuals team, gaining exposure to both long-term strategic planning and operational financial performance tracking. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, corporate planning, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the LRP and Annual Plan process for Global Commercial Finance by preparing financial models, consolidating data, and analyzing trends.

  • Develops and consolidates monthly Actuals reporting, quarterly Flash reports, and Earnings decks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

  • Prepares and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring clarity and timeliness in financial communication.

  • Works closely with senior finance leaders, commercial teams, and corporate FP&A to gather, review, and consolidate financial analysis.

  • Partners with global commercial affiliates to align financial planning assumptions and ensure consistency in forecasts.

  • Ensures accurate and timely financial data reconciliation across multiple reporting systems (BPC, BIP, Power BI, etc.).

  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and forecasting.

  • Supports ad hoc financial analysis projects and provide insights to optimize financial decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

  • CPA or MBA a plus.

  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with good interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of management.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SAP, HFM, BPC or similar financial modeling skills are required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and self-starter.

  • Assume ownership and accountability for projects.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Salary: $91,500 - $173,500
