Lifelong Access provides a continuum of services and supports for families, children and adults throughout their lifetime including residential, vocational development, employment, high school transition, mental health services and therapeutic supports. Lifelong Access envisions a community that encourages and accepts all people.\ \ Lifelong Access is seeking a Director of Marketing & Sales to recommend, develop, and implement marketing and sales strategies for future growth of Lifelong Access; developing all marketing materials; managing a strong digital presence that encourages online engagement via the website and social media; community outreach; report production; event planning for non-fundraising events; scheduling and a variety of administrative tasks. This role has frequent communication with employees and people we support across the organization, as well as representing Lifelong Access in the community.   • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent and relevant work experience.
  • At least three years of experience in a marketing-related field.
  • Experience with purchasing and managing digital ads and campaigns on social media platforms required.
  • Previous marketing agency or nonprofit experience strongly preferred.
  • Engaging hands-on leader with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, detailed, problem solver with high ethical standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design preferred.

Working Conditions \ While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office setting, except when assigned to off-site projects, events and/or community engagement activity. Due to the unique functions of events and community engagement responsibilities, evening and weekend hours will occasionally be required.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate when in the office setting.\ \ Physical Requirements:\ The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job.
