Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly. The ideal candidate will be involved in light mechanical assembly, primarily working with wire harnesses and D9 connectors. Responsibilities include performing tack down of wires and working on panel boxes utilizing basic hand tools. Some basic soldering skills are also required. This role provides an opportunity to work in a family-like atmosphere with possibilities for cross-training in CNC machines, Water Jet, and welding.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Norfolk, Virginia.
Work Environment
The work environment is a shop setting, which is clean but not climate-controlled. Employees work at individual stations or cubicles within a group of about 10-15 other assemblers. The dress code is relaxed, allowing for jeans and t-shirts. The atmosphere is not too deadline intensive but requires a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
