Robert Half Assistant Property Manager in Norcross, Georgia
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in Norcross, Georgia. The selected candidate will be a key player in our property management team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties. You will be instrumental in enhancing tenant relations, managing property operations, and delivering first-class customer service.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Process and track property-related invoices for accurate and timely payments.
• Oversee tenant service requests for their premises and the buildings’ common areas, adhering to lease agreements.
• Abstract new leases and input information into the accounting system; maintain lease notes, critical dates, and reminder files.
• Review and reconcile tenant account ledgers; ensure timely collections from tenants by monitoring Aged Receivable reports.
• Assist in the annual estimates and reconciliations of Operating Expenses; contribute to the monthly financial reports.
• Prepare and distribute leases and exhibits to relevant parties; manage the tracking of lease expiration dates and document adjustments.
• Act as a liaison between Landlord and Tenant, ensuring compliance with all lease provisions.
• Review rental increases and communicate or send notices to tenants as necessary.
• Participate in the budget process, including bid requests from vendors, budget material organization, and entry.
• Assist with the administration of Tenant Improvement allowance, ensuring adherence to lease guidelines. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is needed for efficient financial management
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for seamless financial operations
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required for effective management of financial services
• Expertise in AMSI is necessary for efficient property management operations
• Proficiency in AppFolio is crucial for effective property management
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary for maintaining the financial health of the property
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed for managing the financial obligations of the property
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is required for managing incoming funds
• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is necessary for accurate financial reporting
• Experience in Auditing is crucial for ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
