We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Master Production Scheduler within our S&OP team to help support our Hydraulic business. Over the last 45 years, PHC and PACOMA have built a reputation as a world-class hydraulic cylinder manufacturer through our superior quality control and innovation. PHC and PACOMA is a leading supplier of hydraulic cylinders for material handling, construction, agriculture, and transportation markets. If you join our team, your work will ensure customers across the world have high-quality products they can use to keep their businesses running.
1.Monitor demand deviation, instruct and adjust production plan , analyze the root cause for demand changes.
Weekly review orders and forecast from headquarter and feedback delivery date with reviewing material situation and keep the delivery on time.
Make purchase request, place and follow PO of raw material according to production planning.
To meet the customer satisfaction, follow and push urgent parts delivery according to adjusted production planning.
According to monthly consumption and stock lever, establish suppliers’ available stock in order to shorten the purchasing lead time and ensure to finish production plan on time.
Control efficient raw material stock.
Regular report raw material suppliers’ quality and OTD data.
Accomplish other occasional tasks from director.
