Job Title: Assembler/Machine Operator/Production Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The role involves a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of thermal and heat exchange products, including but not limited to stacking components, conducting leak tests, painting, and assembling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of detail orientation and commitment to quality, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and blueprint specifications. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring work area cleanliness, reporting potential issues or areas for improvement, and performing data entry tasks.
