What you’ll do:
Maximize the medium and long term profitability of the assigned Value Stream through the efficient and effective leadership of direct operations associates, technical, supply chain and quality personnel.
Continuously improve Safety, Quality and Delivery metrics within the assigned Value Stream with rigorous use of DBS tools and techniques.
Meet annual Value Stream budget in line with corporate policies and guidelines focusing on utilising the Value Stream team to meet material and labour usage variance targets.
Create a culture of team focused performance based on clear, measurable objectives and maximise Value Stream team engagement through coordinated activities.and plans.
Who you are:
Possess strong Leadership, Teambuilding and Coaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Manage multiple forms of information for effective decision making and problem solving with the ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
Self-motivated and capable of working and managing your own time.
Have a proven understanding of DBS (Lean and Six Sigma) tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- High volume manufacturing leadership role within a Medical or Pharmaceutical company, with significant people management responsibility.
