We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator, Call Operator! The Facilities Coordinator, Call Operator at Ferguson will provide call routing services for the main company phone number. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated facility issues and emergencies.
Greet and receive clients and visitors. Follows security procedures for recording guests, suppliers, and other visitors before issuing temporary badges.
Receive main lobby calls and directs to appropriate personnel or provides necessary assistance.
Coordinate activities of external vendors and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and projects.
Use facilities management software and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities operations or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in facilities management software and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
