What you will do
We are seeking a candidate to support the AUM (Assets Under Management) and Fee Billing team within PGIM Fixed Income. The candidate will focus on invoice calculation/preparation for third party institutional clients and AUM reporting for the business. They will collaborate closely with various internal teams including Product Data, Client Management, Operations, and Finance. The role will enable the candidate to deepen their understanding of fee and revenue calculation, data management & governance, financial reporting, and fixed income products.
What you can expect
Review investment management agreements to determine appropriate fee terms and calculations to be applied to client invoices.
Set up new accounts in the Envestnet Revenue Manager system according to contracted fee terms, which enables accurate invoicing and revenue accounting.
Develop models to be utilized for custom performance-based fee calculation agreements.
Partner with account managers to address and resolve client inquiries related to their fees.
Support completion of the annual SOX audit by gathering sample information and answering inquiries for our external auditor.
Support the management of AUM data, which is the foundation of reporting used for financial planning, marketing materials, senior management updates, and regulatory submission requirements.
Ensure appropriate AUM mandate classification across a variety of qualitative attributes such as investment strategy, plan type, account type, vehicle type, client type, domicile, and ESG.
Report quantitative mandate-level datapoints such as market value, cash flow, and market appreciation for the monthly AUM submission process, and ensure accuracy through analysis and reconciliation.
Complete and distribute quarterly AUM reports that communicate business results and trends for downstream stakeholders.
Assist with process improvement and automation projects aimed at enhancing the AUM Reporting and Fee Billing processes.
What you will bring
Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
Up to two years related experience, preferably in financial services, with a role that focuses on operational delivery
Previous experience working in an Operations, Billing, Reporting, or Finance department for an institutional investment management organization is a plus
Previous experience with Envestnet (Redi2) Revenue Manager and Aladdin systems is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Must be capable of maintaining focus on both internal and external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $70,000 to $80,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
