Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

The Senior Manager, Ad Sales Finance for Hispanic, Partnerships, and Analytics will support core ad sales finance processes for the Hispanic brands and Partnerships in addition to the financial modeling of new business initiatives, growth opportunities and strategic priorities of NBCU’s national advertising sales business.
We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who combines the interpersonal skills to act as a primary liaison between the Ad Sales Finance team and the internal constituents, who also has the quantitative skills to analyze and model the financial implications and results of NBCU’s strategic advertising opportunities.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Work closely with the Director, Ad Sales Finance in developing all financial models and analyses for Hispanic, Partnerships, and new initiatives
Oversee revenue forecasting (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long range plan, monthly operational reviews and other estimates and presentations as required)
Manage the financial close, weekly reporting, and pacing processes for Hispanic and Partnerships
Analyzing and reporting sales risks and opportunities against targets by identifying core drivers (i.e.: traffic, pricing, sell-thru, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Research, Operations, Sales, etc.) to evaluate financial impacts and monetization priorities needed to drive revenue growth
Build and present detailed financial models, including monetization opportunities, scenario analysis, cost and resourcing needs, and present findings to senior leadership
Leverage best practices with peers to develop consistent processes for the entire Digital Portfolio
Manage, develop and motivate analyst on the team
Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) at an accredited college or university
6+ years of finance experience
Prior experience in a finance role supporting an ad sales function within a media, entertainment, or digital content company highly desired
Ability to build financial models (i.e.: advanced Excel skills) and presentations for senior leadership
Demonstrated analytical strength and process mindset – ability to identify and resolve key issues quickly
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrates leadership skills, especially ability to influence and lead change in cross-functional teams
Proven team player with the ability to take on different assignments/projects in a timely manner
High energy and ability to multi-task
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
