HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst role drives wholesale sales, operations and process improvement across the Skip Hop Wholesale Sales team. Key team member leading cross functional projects across the Sales, Planning and Supply Chain teams. This role reports into the Vice President of Sales.
35% - Market Place Management
Lead deployment and maintenance of ecommerce sales control in conjunction with legal, sales and brand
Manage PriceSpider dashboard and communicate weekly challenges, recommend go forward plan to mitigate price compression in the market and sales and inventory risks
Own Map policy and channel segmentation strategy with the brand team
35% Alternative Fulfillment Options
Identify new dropship and marketplace customers, evaluate customer requirements and review financial models to prove out viability
Own onboarding approved drop ship and marketplace customers, manage contract negotiation to resolve gaps in onboarding documents, provide all product information for accurate product setup, and partner with Supply Chain to ensure IT and DC operations are established to support customer requirements
Manage dropship assortment for all accounts, make recommendations for new product additions and communicate with Supply Chain to set up new drop ship slot locations to support product offering expansions
Lead strategy and financial analysis for onboarding potential 3P companies to assist with mitigating price compression and marketplace disruption for Amazon
30% Wholesale Operations
Coordinate account specific operational requirements such as, commercial invoices, testing requirements and account compliance documents
Analyze account operational performance to identify areas for cost improvement and chargeback reduction; Recommend ways to reduce SIOC chargebacks
Accountable for order management; (Amazon, Baby list, Sk). Ensure accuracy of purchase orders including pricing, inventory availability, ship windows, weekly ordering trends and on time confirmation rate
Identify gaps in Skip Hop sales process and work cross functionally with partners to find more effective ways of working

Must-Have Experience & Skills: ?
Strong business acumen, and understanding of key retailer operational and compliance requirements, and alternate fulfillment models
A catalyst of continuous improvement in processes and business results, have a proven track record of implementing effective cross functional processes
Desire to have a tangible business impact, hands-on’ approach to working in a fast-growing, high-pressure environment, ability to adapt to change
Strategic / Analytical ?
Preferred Experience & Skills: ?
At least 3+ years of prior work experience (2 years as analyst), with a keen understanding of the wholesale industry
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Well-versed in supply chain, inventory management, and sales operations?
Related experience working in an off-price and/or full price buying environment.
Knowledge/experience with Amazon’s Vendor Central
Team Player, proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels of the business
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 - $85,000 a year based on experience
