Pernod Ricard USA, LLC Manager, Supply Planning in New York, New York

Lead the Supply Chain and operational activities for portfolio of brands; Analyze demand forecasts in coordination with sales and marketing plans. Manage replenishment process and distribution requirement planning to all Pernod Ricard USA locations, acting as official liaison with local and global counterparts. Works to identify, maintain records, and push out slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Responsible for inventory analysis and reconciliation. Support SKU Rationalization efforts and maintain discontinued item reports. Coordinate implementation of brand line extensions and new product introductions as they relate to customer fulfillment and production planning needs. Coordinate regulatory requirements updates including securing proper label and shipper approvals and providing policy and procedure changes to production, warehousing, and distribution personnel.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a quantitative field including Mathematics, Statistics, or any engineering discipline and three years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, supply chain analysis, or a related position. - Alternatively, a masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a quantitative field including Mathematics, Statistics, or any engineering discipline and one year of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, supply chain analysis, or a related position, - One year experience with Decision Support tools (Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, or COGNOS); - One year experience with supply chain planning technologies such as Anaplan, JDE, or SAP; - Experience working with multi-echelon hierarchies and senior management; - Experience using resource planning ERP software such as NetSuite ERP or Oracle Hyperion; and - Experience in Replenishment Planning, Materials Planning, Demand Planning, or Capacity Planning.
