What You’ll Do:
As the Director, Online Account Lead, you will be assigned a cluster of brands for which you will be responsible for the day-to-day interface between brand and the retailer vendor management team, for an assigned retailer account. This includes managing the P&L at the brand and channel level, overseeing assortment management, executing product launches, and collaborating on promotion planning to achieve financial and brand goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between a cluster of ELC brands and the retailer vendor management team.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless operations.
Manage Brand and Channel level P&L to achieve both topline and bottom-line financial goals.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
Interface internally to drive assortment planning, ensuring the agreed upon SKU count with retail partners is ever-present onsite, ensuring a diverse and well-managed product assortment.
Take the lead in executing new product launches on the retail partner's platform.
Oversee site merchandising activities, managing a site merchandising direct report.
Ensure effective detail page setup and maintenance, as well as brand store setup and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and impactful launches.
Develop and execute promotion plans with retail partners to achieve brand goals, both financial and strategic.
Optimize promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience within the online account management field, preferably experienced with pureplayer accounts; previous experience as Vendor Managers/Account Managers from large retailers, or Account Executives/Brand Managers from CPG, Beauty, or Fashion brands
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage people effectively.
People management and talent development experience strongly preferred.
