Plan and implement strategic and tactical business decisions, including oversight, creation and execution of companys multi-year and multi-faceted business plan. Develop revenue generating strategies for companys various properties and companies in the sports, entertainment, consumer, technology and media industries and pursue international business opportunities from an investment and business development perspective. Perform financial and strategic evaluations for potential investments, negotiate and manage contractual processes, and conduct deal analyses. Serve, if selected, as a Board member for companies within companys umbrella of entities to help oversee organizational investments. Consult and coordinate with various departments to develop annual budgets, complete with personnel needs and internal growth projections, as well as develop integrated financial investment strategy and portfolio for building and maintaining all of company properties market positions in respective industries. Work to preserve the market position and branding of operating companies within corporate portfolio to ensure investment productivity and efficiency with regard to both existing business and the development of new business opportunities on a global level. Construct detailed financial models, develop budget analysis and operating expenses to ensure estimated operating budgets are met, and perform financial management/investment analysis and report variances between actual financial results attained and previously established performance objectives and goals. Lead companys efforts to develop investment strategies and to execute on such strategies by conducting thorough market research, prospecting and when identifying particular opportunities, negotiating transactions end-to-end. Summarize all analysis and conclusions into reports, including providing key takeaways and recommendations to ownership and the CEO.
Salary: $500,000 - $800,000/year
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance followed by eight (8) year of progressive experience in specialty field
