Job Title: CA Architect
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a CA Architect to lead and support high rise residential projects, including new construction and ground-up buildings in various sectors such as mixed-use, multi-family, commercial, and hospitality. The successful candidate will oversee projects from Design Development through Construction Administration. Key responsibilities include managing projects, attending client meetings, leading junior staff, and coordinating with consultants. The role involves supporting a high rise residential project in Boston set to complete in 12 months with monthly site visits, and potentially supporting an affordable housing project in Brooklyn. Additional residential projects in Design Development and Construction Documents will also require your expertise.

This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York. 5 days a week in office.
Work Environment
This full-time role requires a presence in the office five days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with very little overtime. The dress code is business casual. Each consultant works on one project at a time under the guidance of a Partner/Associate Partner, supported by a Project Manager and several intermediate architects.
