Robert Half PROJECT ANALYST in New Haven, Connecticut
Description We are offering a role for a Systems Analyst in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry, located in New Haven, Connecticut. This role is primarily remote but will require occasional onsite presence. The Systems Analyst will primarily support various enterprise-wide projects, bringing together project support, operational workflow development, and team organization skills. This is a contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring follow-up tasks are seen to completion.
• Develop operational workflows including creating Power Points, Visios with timelines, and maintaining trackers for specific projects.
• Facilitate team organization and data sharing on Microsoft Teams, creating chat channels and streamlining the organization of projects.
• Support the transition of telehealth video platforms, assisting the technical teams in focusing on build and functionality.
• Assist in the creation of content for Virtual Care Attestation.
• Provide support for the Remote Patient Monitoring project, facilitating access and onboarding.
• Offer support for the Virtual Nursing project, focusing on inpatient-specific tasks.
• Take responsibility for organizing and processing team data in an accessible, easy-to-understand manner.
• Assist in the development of training materials and project-specific trackers. Requirements • Proficiency in Epic Software and Power BI is necessary
• Experience in organizing and scheduling meetings using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Ability to provide workstation support and manage onboarding procedures
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations and health system protocols
• Proficiency in documentation and the ability to maintain trackers and timelines
• Experience in streamlining processes and improving efficiency enterprise-wide
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and technical teams
• Experience in creating and managing training materials
• Willingness to conduct onsite visits as part of job duties
• Knowledge of the Go programming language will be an advantage
